The resolution will be based solely and exclusively on acknowledgments or official statements issued by the government of Brazil or the government of the United States.
"Yes" Outcome:
If, by 11:59 PM BRT on June 30, 2026, there is official acknowledgment by either government that a U.S. military operation or incursion into Brazil occurred without the proper consent of Brazilian authorities.
"No" Resolution:
If there is no official acknowledgment of such an intervention by the stipulated deadline, or if the confirmed military activities are declared to have been authorized/consented to by both governments.
